In 2016 I was prescribed muscle relaxers and pain medication for my neck and back...pain meds suck....
From there, I began researching alternitive ways of healing my body without prescribed drugs. I found Bikram Yoga and was lucky enough to run into some of the grooviest instructors.
My first class, I went in wearing a sweatsuit and by the end of class, well... I was in my underwear sweating bullets! ..thank goodness most yoga shorts look like boxers.....lol
After a year of taking classes all over California and the nation (I travelled for work selling medical supplies), I decided I need to give to others what I am getting out of yoga...I am off of all meds and never felt better physically, ever.
Starting in 2017, I took 2 seperate 200-hour trainings and have taken many extended clases working to my 500-hour EYT. I have taught thousands of classes....I LOVE TO GIVE YOGA....
Do not expect a lot of sanscrit or fancy pants speach...this is for everyone to come and enjoy a HOT yoga class like we have on the mainland.
This is NOT like ANY other studio or class here...just a good time with groovy music and lights.

It will be a VERY CHALLENGING hot hot hot class with music ranging from TJ Taz, 2 Pac, Frank Sinatra, SALT, The Weeknd, Louie Armstrong and its all good...I put my heart and soul into the playlists for class and they always change.
Its a mix of vinyasa with balancing and floor stretching and its hot. You will sweat.

Eat well, hydrate and bring a mat, towel and water. If you need anyting, please message me.
I welcome students of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. You can feel free to rest or take a break while you get used to the heat. Eventually, the heat becomes normal and then you can really push yourself through the poses. Give yourself a good 3 months to get used to the heat.
Most of my classes are 90-minutes long, but I also offer as short as 45-minutes for a lunch and as long as 3-hours for those who want a longer practice.
Hot Classes are held at the Sustainable Sweat Studio in Mountain View
Paddleboard classes are held at any random groovy spot depending on weather.
