Hey there, beautiful soul! Back in 2016, I was caught in a bit of a funk—muscle relaxers and pain meds for my neck and back. Man, those meds really didn’t vibe with me, you know? So I started grooving on a different path—diving into the world of natural healing and good vibes.
That’s when I stumbled upon Bikram Yoga, and let me tell you, I was blessed to meet some of the most far-out, grooviest instructors ever. My first sesh, I rocked a sweatsuit and by the end, I was all sweaty and free—thank the universe most yoga shorts look like boxers, right? LOL.
After riding the wave across California and even traveling the nation (selling medical supplies and spreading good energy), I felt the call to share this magic. Now, I’m totally med-free, feeling more alive than ever before.
Starting in 2017, I dove deep—two 200-hour trainings and countless extended classes—working my way up to a 500-hour EYT. I’ve taught thousands of classes, and my heart is all about sharing the love of yoga with everyone. No fancy Sanskrit or snobby lingo—just a chill space where everyone can come, relax, and enjoy a hot yoga experience, Hawaiian style.

But if you’re on a lunch break or need a quick refresh, I also offer shorter sessions around 45 minutes to keep you energized. And for those craving a longer, more immersive experience, you can go all in with up to 3 hours of pure practice bliss. Whatever your pace, I’ve got something groovy just for you. Let’s make every moment on the mat count!
